Synthesis Target Guide in Warframe

What is a Synthesis Target?

In Warframe, a Synthesis Target is a special type of enemy that can be found in certain missions. These targets are marked by a distinctive icon on the minimap, and they must be scanned with the Synthesis Scanner in order to complete the mission. Scanning a Synthesis Target will reward players with a variety of rewards, including Credits, Endo, and Simaris Standing.

How to Find Synthesis Targets

Synthesis Targets can be found in any mission that contains the "Capture" objective. These missions are typically located on the Earth, Mars, or Jupiter nodes in the Star Chart. Once you have entered a mission, simply use the minimap to locate the Synthesis Target. The target will be marked by a distinctive yellow icon.

How to Scan Synthesis Targets

In order to scan a Synthesis Target, you must first equip the Synthesis Scanner. This item can be purchased from Cephalon Simaris in the Relay for 50,000 Credits. Once you have equipped the Synthesis Scanner, simply approach the target and press the interact button. The scanner will automatically begin scanning the target. The scanning process will take a few seconds, and you will be rewarded with Credits, Endo, and Simaris Standing once the scan is complete.

Tips for Scanning Synthesis Targets

Here are a few tips for scanning Synthesis Targets:

  • Use a Warframe with abilities that can help you to locate or immobilize the target. For example, Loki's Invisibility ability can make it easier to approach the target without being detected, and Vauban's Bastille ability can immobilize the target so that you can scan it more easily.
  • Be patient. Scanning a Synthesis Target can take a few seconds, so don't be discouraged if you don't get it right away. Just keep trying and you will eventually succeed.
  • Have fun! Scanning Synthesis Targets is a great way to earn rewards and learn more about the Warframe universe.
